The fugitive nodes are grounded to their geography, serving their local bioregion, forming treaties in the ecotones they share with neighbors. Fugitives escape capture, not into the comfort of freedom, instead it’s getting lost in the indeterminate future. How are these nodes emerging in the decentralized geography?
